At DivLin, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience. However, since most of our items are uniquely sourced or limited-stock pieces, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.
Refund Policy - The Basics
1. No Refunds – Exchange Only
We strictly do not offer refunds for any orders, including for change of mind, sizing issues, or color preferences. However, you may be eligible for an exchange if your request meets our conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:
You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
The product is significantly different from what was shown or described on our website.
To be eligible:
You must raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
You must provide an unboxing video and clear photos of the item as proof. This is mandatory.
3. Exchange Conditions
The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
We will arrange a pickup or request you to self-ship depending on location and availability.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same item is not available, you will receive a DivLin store credit valid for future purchases.
Exchange decisions are at the sole discretion of DivLin after verifying your request.
4. Shipping Charges for Exchange
If the issue is not due to our fault (e.g., sizing or preference-based exchange), you will bear the round-trip shipping costs, calculated based on actual logistics expenses incurred by DivLin.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. Not Eligible for Exchange
Exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
No unboxing video provided.
Return requested after 7 days of delivery.
The item has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Requests related to color, size preference, or change of mind.
Thrift or one-of-a-kind items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
We do not allow exchanges or refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Please use prepaid methods for smoother transactions and eligibility for post-purchase support.
7. International Orders
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on international orders due to logistical constraints.
8. Fraud & Abuse
DivLin reserves the right to refuse any exchange request in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or repeated claims. All such decisions will be final and binding.
